Rachel D’Arcy, Queen of My Soho®, is a London based jazz diva known for her powerful crushed velvet voice, show stopping style and spellbinding live shows. Her world bridges classic jazz, theatrical storytelling, burlesque and the cinematic allure of a late night cabaret club in Soho.
Her viral anthem My Soho®, a love letter to the place that made her, has amassed millions of views across social media, cementing Rachel D’Arcy as an unmistakable fixture of London nightlife and a defining voice of modern Soho.

The Rachel D'Arcy Show - Her weekly residency at iconic Soho speakeasy Trisha’s has become the stuff of legend, earning Rachel D’Arcy a cult following among music lovers, cabaret creatures and assorted glamorous misfits. The guest list has included everyone from politicians to pop stars and, rumour has it, even Pablo Escobar’s son.

From The Stable Jokey to The Soho Showgirl - Originally hailing from the historic horse racing town of Newmarket, Rachel D’Arcy grew up riding racehorses before swapping saddles for the stage. Moving to London to train with the National Youth Theatre, Rachel D’Arcy found herself drawn into the world of music.
After being given a ukulele by a friend, Rachel D’Arcy began turning her poetry into songs. Armed with little more than her voice and her ukulele, she took to the streets of London and Europe, carving out a musical career entirely of her own, on her own terms.

From Stage to Screen and Sold Out Shows - Long before Soho claimed her as its jazz it girl, Rachel D’Arcy stepped onto the screen as nightclub singer Lila Pilgrim in ITV’s Endeavour, for which she also composed and performed original music. Her career has since spanned television, film, international touring and collaborations with artists including The Cinematic Orchestra, The Orb and, most recently, Sam & The Womp.
Rachel D'Arcy has commanded sold out shows at some of London’s most prestigious rooms, including The Crazy Coqs, Ronnie Scott’s Upstairs and The Flamingo Club, while her live work has taken her from Paris to Amsterdam and onto festival stages across Europe.

In 2019, Rachel D’Arcy released her debut album, Annabelle Serpentine, produced by Jay Burnett and featuring some of London's finest jazz musicians, including Jazz FM Instrumentalist of the Year Mark Kavuma, guitarist Artie Zaitz and drummer Sam Gardner.
Described by music journalist Kris Needs as “catchy, intoxicating and littered with evocative twists”, the nine track album grew out of Rachel D’Arcy's years writing songs, busking across Europe and performing with her ukulele in London's underground music and cabaret scene.
The limited edition CD also features three exclusive recordings from ITV's Endeavour: Dance For You, The Entertainer and I Need Some Rock ’n’ Roll. Unavailable on the digital album, these recordings make the individually signed and numbered CD a particularly special collector's edition.

In March 2026, Rachel D’Arcy released her original single NO REMORSE, produced by Rachel D’Arcy alongside co-producers Nick Hodgson and Benedict Gordon.
A rumbustious revenge anthem born in Soho, NO REMORSE conjures the spirit of an old world cabaret: gangling piano, bawdy brass, moxie swagger, sharp one-liners and a voice to stop you in your tracks.

Her forthcoming live album, recorded at her sold-out Crazy Coqs show, transports the listener straight into Rachel D’Arcy’s world: an intimate late-night cabaret club filled with stories, glamour, mischief, filthy banter and songs from the streets that inspired them, cementing Rachel D’Arcy’s reputation as a unique voice in UK jazz.
Rachel D’Arcy is also set to appear in This Is Soho, a documentary feature narrated by Stephen Fry, celebrating the colourful characters and creativity of the neighbourhood at the heart of her work.

UNDERWORLD UK Tour - With new music on the horizon and a brand new Soho residency for The Rachel D’Arcy Show, alongside her longstanding performances at Trisha's, Rachel D’Arcy is set to join cabaret and burlesque star Daisy DeVell on her forthcoming Underworld UK Tour, taking a little piece of My Soho® on the road.
